Who we are

Droplet Water Co., a trade name of Droplet Water Systems LLC, is a water conditioning and water treatment company serving the Tampa–St. Petersburg area. We supply and install water-conditioning units; the physical installation is performed by licensed, insured plumbing contractors. We are not a plumbing contractor and do not perform or contract for plumbing work outside the installation of water-conditioning units.

No quote is a contract

Prices, estimates, and information provided on this site or by phone are for general information and are not a binding offer. Any work is governed by a separate written agreement you sign before installation.

Use of the site

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or misuse the forms. Content on this site is provided "as is" without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from its use, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

Program description. Droplet Water Co. operates an SMS program that sends account, service, and marketing text messages to customers who opt in through our website form. Message types include quote follow-ups, appointment scheduling and reminders, service updates, responses to your inquiry, and occasional promotions.

Opt-in. You enroll by checking the consent box on our form and providing your mobile number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Opt-out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we send a one-time confirmation and stop sending texts. For help, text HELP or contact us at the details below.

Message frequency & rates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile carrier's plan, and you are responsible for those charges.

Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide to enroll in text messaging.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
