Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 27, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how Droplet Water Co., a trade name of Droplet Water Systems LLC ("we," "us"), collects and uses information when you use our website or request a quote.
Information we collect
When you submit our quote form or contact us, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, address, phone number, email, and details about your water and property. We also collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, including through cookies and similar technologies and analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta pixel.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, prepare a quote, and schedule service
- To contact you by phone, text (SMS), and email about your inquiry and our services
- To measure and improve our advertising and website
- To comply with law and enforce our terms
Text messaging & calls
By submitting our form you consent to receive calls and text messages from us at the number you provide, including by autodialer, about your inquiry and our services. Message types include quote follow-ups, appointment reminders, service updates and occasional offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help; you can opt out of calls by telling us.
We do not share, sell, or rent your text-messaging opt-in, consent, or mobile phone number to any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information collected for SMS is shared only with the messaging provider that delivers the texts on our behalf, solely to send the messages you asked for — never for any other purpose.
Sharing
We share information with service providers who help us operate — for example, our scheduling, communications, and advertising platforms, and the licensed installers who perform your work. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information you provide — including access controls, encryption in transit, and limiting access to staff and providers who need it to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to address any issues promptly.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and you may opt out of marketing communications, by contacting us at hello@dropletwaterco.com or (813) 710-4597.
